Evidence notes

Phase I: signed City Bank Project Green Flame agreement and Annexure 1, October 2025. It establishes 400 household systems, with 200 planned in Sirajganj and 200 in Bogra.

June 2026: the latest supplied project update reports approximately 300 installations. Field follow-up is tracking current function and household use.

Biogas: household-biogas and bio-fertiliser context is consistent with IDCOL's biogas programme context and Cultivera's related biogas analysis.
