Mangrove roots beside calm tidal water
Traceability route · first-route mandate · Sundarbans–Khulna corridor

Guard the river edge.Close the material route.

Safe coastal recovery, verified processor acceptance and transparent community settlement.

01 · The living edge

A tidal system.
An unfinished material route.

Plastic reaches an ecologically sensitive network of rivers, creeks and mangrove edges. What can be safely recovered, accepted and sold remains unverified.

01 · The system

Collection begins inside a living tidal landscape.

The page establishes what is being protected before introducing material recovery.

02 · The gap

Recovered material has no durable value without acceptance.

A route must define safe categories, accepted weight, a commercial rate and a credible counterparty.

03 · The response

One attributable lot should close before assets scale.

One attributable lot tests custody, acceptance, sale and cooperative settlement as one transaction.

02 · The acceptance condition

The first buyer defines what enters the route.

The proposed cooperative should not collect indiscriminately and search for a buyer later. A processor-buyer must define the material category, contamination limit, minimum lot, accepted weight and rate before route assets are selected.

Material

Polymer or material category, condition, minimum lot and excluded waste.

Acceptance

Tare, contamination, accepted net weight, rejection and commercial rate.

Settlement

Receipt, invoicing, payment timing and a clear dispute process.

01Buyer specificationDefines what may enter the route.
02Accepted receiptConfirms commercial quantity and rate.
03Recorded settlementCloses the route visibly for members.
Counterparty to verify. PET and HDPE may be tested as candidate categories. No processor commitment or recoverable volume is claimed.

03 · River-to-market Atlas

From selected catchment to confirmed counterparty.

The Atlas uses district geometry for public orientation and an aggregated local lens. Collector and household locations remain private.

04 · Material custody

The Material Passport

One lot. Six custody decisions. The lot remains attributable from selected recovery to recorded cooperative settlement.

Choose a stage. Inspect the material, custodian, accepted weight and evidence created before the lot advances.

06 · Capital release

The asset follows the evidence.

Use the evidence tide gate to test the minimum conditions for capital release. The default position remains hold. This instrument illustrates the decision rule; it does not report current project readiness.

Evidence tide gate 0 / 4 gates

Each verified condition raises the evidence level. Capital becomes eligible for release review only when all four gates are complete.

Preparation and trial lots

Fund field measurement, community and operator preparation, safeguards, processor verification, trial lots and commercial modelling.

Hold

Assets and public claims

Hold permanent hubs, heavy equipment, fleet commitments, scaling and environmental claims while evidence remains incomplete.

Review for release

Only after all four gates

Completion makes capital eligible for a documented release decision. It does not make release automatic.

No accepted lot.
No asset release.

No asset is released until one identified material lot reaches processor acceptance, completed sale and recorded cooperative settlement.

Evidence and imagery
Environmental context includes supplied representative Sundarbans imagery. The page uses representative context, supplied illustrative concept visuals and illustrative transaction records; none of these images proves a project site, workforce, processor or buyer. Contextual evidence: 2023 Sundarbans microplastics study; Department of Environment rules library; draft EPR guidelines notice. No local volume, income, yield or processor commitment is claimed.
